Policy

1.Booking & Down Payment

A 70% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your booking date. 
No schedule will be reserved without the down payment.

The remaining 30% balance must be fully paid before the final edited images are delivered.
Photos will only be released once full payment has been received.

By making any payment, the client agrees to all terms and policies stated here.

2.Rescheduling Policy

If the session needs to be moved to another date, a 20% rescheduling fee will apply.

This applies to both the client and the photographer if the reschedule is requested outside of emergency situations.

Emergency cases will be handled fairly and professionally.

3.Image Delivery Timeline

Edited images are usually delivered within 3–4 business days after the shoot. The delivery countdown starts on the next business day after the session. Final images will only be sent after the remaining balance has been fully paid.

4.Express Delivery Option

Clients who want their edited photos within 24 hours may request Express Delivery for an additional ₱1,500.

This service must be requested and confirmed before the shoot. 
Express delivery is not included by default.

5.RAW Image Policy

RAW (unedited) files can be provided upon request. Since RAW files are large, the client must provide a Google Drive folder where the files can be uploaded.

6.Creative Direction & Artistic Control

By booking, the client understands and accepts the creative style and editing approach of Neutral Bad.

Final image selection and editing decisions are at the photographer’s discretion.

Extra retouching or editing requests beyond standard edits may require additional charges.

7.Usage & Copyright

All images remain the intellectual property of Neutral Bad.

Clients are allowed to use the images for personal or agreed commercial use only.

Images may not be heavily edited, filtered, or altered without written permission. Please give proper credit when posting online:

The photographer may use selected images for portfolio, social media, website, exhibitions, or marketing unless a confidentiality agreement is discussed before the shoot.

8.Limitation of Liability

Every effort will be made to deliver high-quality work. However, in rare situations such as equipment failure, data loss, accidents, weather problems, restricted locations, or other unexpected events, liability will be limited to the amount already paid by the client.

9.Agreement

By booking and sending payment, the client confirms that:
• They have read and agreed to all policies above
• They understand the payment, rescheduling, delivery, and usage terms
• They are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian
